forex.com data only loading 30 days

My charts are only loading 30 days of forex data.

Forex.com is my broker. and my data connection is My Forex.com

I'm using NT8 version: 8.0.24.1

Hello Johnny Santiago,

Can you please disconnect the Forex.com connection and click configure in the lower right corner at Control Center-->Connections. Select the Forex.com connection in the Configured box in the lower left. Enable 'NinjaTrader historical data server' on the right and click OK. Reconnect to Forex.com and you should be able to load more historical data.

It worked for all the forex pair except XAU/USD It is still only showing 30 days even when I change the days to load in data series.

Unfortunately the XAUUSD is not present on the NinjaTrader historical data server, so it does not load the additional historical data. The 30 days you have present were loaded from Forex.com (when 'NinjaTrader historical data server' was disabled in the Forex.com connection settings).

I didn't face this problem before. XAUUSD doesn't display historical data on other platforms. Perhaps this has been done or disabled to ensure privacy. Developers may fix this in the future. If the problem persists, I'll choose another platform for forex trading. I don't have any other suggestions, so I think this is just a feature of the platform I have installed. Could you suggest to me some strategy to try to solve this problem? I know there is a problem with some other platforms that also don't show the price.
