how to retrieve history on past trades?

My history data on past trades is gone...

I share a computer with my brother. On his account, he happened to open NT8 and it did not launch.
so he logged off and I logged in
I couldn't open NT8 it got corrupted. I tried the repair installation but nothing

so I uninstalled it and installed it again... it worked and now NT8 open BUT
I went to Trade Performance" and it was blank. I couldn't find my past trades.
I have no backup

what can I do to retrieve past trades?

You would need a copy of the database file or a backup that includes the database file to restore the trades. Without a backup or copy of the database, this is not possible.

1. back up is not possible while there is a broker connection (so back up is not possible when a strategy is running)
2. is it possible to set up an auto back up on every start of NT?
3. are the back ups in progressive mode or cumulative mode?

better, why not just answer the question directly on how to register every trade under certain account so all of them can be retrieved later at the user's will? This is a BASIC function of a trading application...

Trade data is stored in the database file, which was likely erased and recreated during the installation process. Do you have a backup that you can restore to by chance?

I thought that my trades were saved in the cloud since I have NinjaTrader as my broker

i'll start backing up my data
