Order Flow Market Depth Map

Is there a video to watch on the Order Flow Market Depth Map? Wat exactly are the bars in real time data showing? I have the bid set to green and the ask set to red. The real time data can be stacked with green and little red and the price falling like a rock. Other times the price will rise with lots of green. It's a confusing indicator, which is why I think I may not be using it correctly.

Also, What is the difference between Exact Volume and Percent? And what is Displacement under visual. It doesn't seem to make a difference in the display.
