not loading all data for stock chart

I am trying to download 100 days of tick data on Amazon and all I am getting is 7 days of data. I am using Kinetick and Continuum for data.

Several providers limit the amount of historical tick-data you may download during trading hours to keep the connection responsive. Based on your description it looks like Kinetick is limiting this to 7 days during these hours.

The only alternative to using minute-data, in this case, is to re-request this data once the regular trading hours have passed (e.g. past 5 PM Eastern Time). You should then be able to download significantly more than 7 days.

Once this data has been downloaded it would be available even during the regular trading hours.
