Charts lagging when using Free forex data

When I use the free live forex data and I try to scroll back on a chart it lags and then freezes up.

When I switch to my futures workspace it works fine. The funny thing is, the forex workspace is a copy of the futures workspace. So it should work fine it seems.
deleted all the indicators and still lagging

I'd like to take a look at your log & trace files, as I suspect whatever is causing this chart to freeze up is recorded therein.
