Time changes layout, Data Series bar width wont save

I'm having fun trying your platform.
I ran into two bugs I cant seem to resolve.
First, when I click to change the time unit display setting on a chart window it will sometimes change the chart style from my preferred 'Line on Close' layout to the candlestick layout, I then have to manually change it back. This only happens intermittently.
Second, when opening a new chart I can save all the settings I have tried so far into a preset, with the exception of bar width. I like bar width to be 1 but the setting never saves and windows will open either with it set to 3 or to a random number. I've had bars as high as 11 appear, lol.

Is there any specific cause or resolution to these issues?

Hello Lovejoy,

1. This will happen when you change the interval type. For example, from 5 Minute bars to 300 Tick bars. You can prevent it as follows:

• Right click in the chart and select Data Series.
• Select the interval type you change to and set 'Chart style' to 'Line on Close'.
• Click preset "interval type"-->save in the lower right corner.

Subsequently whenever you change to this interval type, it will use 'Line on Close'.


2. Unfortunately the preset does not save the 'Bar width' setting. You will have to change it manually in the Data Series menu.
