Quick question; I have the bar time set to 240 minutes since I don't see an "hour" option. However, they don't line up with other trade platforms with the 4 hour mark falling on midnight, 4am, 8am,12pm, 4pm, 8pm,.... Is this a setting I can adjust?

Unfortunately, there isn't a setting to adjust this. There isn't an hour option in NinjaTrader charts. Hours must be specified using minutes.
