NT8 won´t start. After few seconds, quits

I try many times to start NT8 and always fails.

I download and install the last version and still not working.

Someone can help me ?

Please send an email to platformsupport [at sign] ninjatrader [dot] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Attach your log and trace files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
