login issues

Hi,

Today I was notified about a system change, prob. due to the fact that my mac has updated it's OS - this has happened before. But today I keep getting the message the my login credentials are incorrect and now I can't connect. This is very odd, because I have not changed anything about my login information.

I have filled in my license again, because that has had changed to sim and I changed my password over at Pillips Capital. The odd thing is that my username changed aswell it seems.
Anyway.. everything seems off now so I am a bit lost and I don't how how to tackle the issue.

Some help would be really appreciated.

Please ensure that you are following the steps in the connection guide exactly: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide

Common reasons for the connection to fail are having a connection type other than NinjaTrader Continuum selected, or having Demo mode enabled.

I have already checked all these step multiple times, and I did not change anything other then re-enter my license key.

How can I reset my password in the NinjaTrader environment?
