Cant log in

Good Evening, I am unable to log in to my NT data. Not sure why.

It says my Username and Password is incorrect.

is this a demo account? because they only work for 2 weeks

No, I have a lifetime licence and can not log in. The system says that my username and password is not correct.

There are no known issues with CQG at this time.

For account related issues please reach out to your broker directly. The Platform Support team would not be able to assist via the forum.

If you'd like us to look into any potential platform issues, please send us your log and trace files from the platform to our Platform Support email so we may investigate further.


You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
