How do I stop these from popping up when I open NT?

Thanks for your post.

You may remove the NinjaScript assembly that is not authorized using the Control Center's Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly menu.

You may also contact the vendor with the SendMail button to request a license, or a license change.

If you are not sure which assembly to remove, please ask the vendor which DLL file contains the MarketDepthTape AddOn. Taking a screenshot of the Remove NinjaScript Assembly window may also help them to advise which DLL file is theirs.
