Can't log on - error message attached. Please help!

"Login System returned an error: Network connection to Login System is unavailable. Please contact your account representative, or call 1-800-950-9748 for technical support. (Logon failed)"

No answer at the phone number - not open on Saturdays

EDIT: Never mind, it seems to be working now

Thank you for your post.

The behavior you are experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.

Our regular office hours are from 8:30 AM Eastern until 6:00 PM Eastern Monday through Friday. We provide 24/5 and weekend technical support via email.

Please let us know if any further questions come up.
