Feature request - Playback at slower than normal

I have on rare occasions the need to use Playback at fractions of normal speed instead of multiples.

Some of the debugging I'm doing would be easier if I can see the events unfold in sequence but giving me enough time to really see what is happening.

My request would be to add fractions in the speed tool below 1 similar to the multiple increments. 0.5, 0.25, 0.1, 0.05, 0.025, 0.001 should be sufficient.
