CME Forex Future CAD/JPY

I've been trying to add CME Forex Future CAD/JPY to my instruments but can't get any data to show up.
I'm using Rithmic data.
Symbol: CJYH1

The last error msg I got was:
Market data failed for 'CJYH1 03-21': 'The subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Dependent network services and/or data were not available'

Could you add it to your instruments & post a pic of the instrument setup form.

Hello saturntd,

Can you please use CJY as symbol map instead of CJYH1. I assume H1 refers to the expiry month, which you don't define in the symbol mapping in NinjaTrader. I have the Globex exchange enabled.

I tried CJY but get an unknown instrument error.
Could you try it on your end.

I did get that error as well, beause this instrument is not present on our historical data servers. Historical data is loaded from our servers when you connect to Rithmic. However I was able to receive realtime data (bid and ask). Do you receive realtime data using these instrument settings?

I do get real-time data. I put it back on a chart & I'll see if I get anything.

If you only get bid and ask data, please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series' and set 'Price based on' to Bid or Ask.
