Can I put in an order simultaneously for 2 different accounts?

I have two live accounts and I wanted to be able to put in orders at, or at least about, the same time.
Is there a way or a "close enough" way to achieve this?
If I order from SuperDOM I have to change chart then change account and change # of contract then buy.
Should I just have SuperDOM for one account, then a Chart Trader or Basic order for another account?

Yes, those are options that can work. You could also open two separate SuperDOM windows and apply the second account to the second SuperDOM.
