Can't Login with demo account

I signed up for a demo account on Feb 15th and was able to use it until today. When I try to log in I am getting an error message. [NinjaTrader Contiinuum (Demo): Username or password is incorrect. (Login failed)] The demo account login name is demo821.

It should be can used it 2 weeks then only expiry.

Can you tried to reset the NinjaTrader Contiinuum (Demo) ??

This message may also be received if NinjaTrader is not able to connect to the specific demo servers.

To troubleshoot I would recommend following the steps and testing after each one:

• Restart your modem and (if applicable) router
• Restart your PC

• Clear your DNS
  • Open the Command Prompt
  • In the command prompt, run this command: ipconfig /flushdns
• If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
• Ensure exceptions for NinjaTrader have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs
