Futures IND stopped working

Today the strategies that I had enabled using IND BOVESPA Futures stopped working. The variable days until rollover indicates 28776 days. This is a Kinetick problem?

Thanks for writing in.
We are unable to determine the cause without looking at your log and trace files.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Thank you for providing the log and trace files.
It looks like the issue is either that your strategy or add-on does not have enough data to reference in order to calculate or you are working with a corrupt workspace.

For reference, here is the error indicating there aren't enough bars:

Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: You are accessing an index with a value that is invalid since it is out-of-range. I.E. accessing a series [barsAgo] with a value of 5 when there are only 4 bars on the chart

This is followed by the unhandled exception:

2021-02-17 19:12:46:443 System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

The solution is to load more days into your charts or use a new workspace.
