into market analyzer, I wish to have a column for MACD,
but I wish to see when "MACD" line is higher than "avg." line

at the moment looks impossible to make it

Thank you for the note.

As you mention, there is, unfortunately, no way to do it by default within the platform as the 'Cell' options only allow you to reference a static number at this time.

You could create two columns, one of the MACD and the other with the Average, and compare the two on the fly. You could also set up an alert to trigger when the value is higher in one of the Columns, but this will trigger the same alert any time it becomes true for the whole as it is looking at every instrument within the column.

If you really want this functionality, you could create a NinjaScript that does this for you.

the numeric value that come out, is not related to any macd valude
alert when one column is higher than another colum?,
I need to set a value, I'm not at the PC all the time. and I use to have a lot of stocks in market analyzer, that I cannot have a long list of alerts.

about "ninjascript", till now I didn't find any programmer able to make even simple things,
not into ninjatrader site, not into freelancers sites.

so I gave up on that.
I thought was easier to find a coder, but in reality is a waste of time.
