    another big bug on NT8

    another big bug into NT8
    doesn't open SL and TP even if is set into my strategy.
    then I put SL manually, and appear 3 different buy orders.
    so I try to remove them, and nothing, impossible!!!

    I had to delete the simulated account to fix this issue.
    if happen on a live account, no idea to who I should call, and who gonna pay for the losses

    I'm tired of this amateur platform

      I would like to take a look at how this order was submitted, or if any errors were reported (e.g. if the order was submitted with values that were rejected).

              Please refrain from opening multiple tickets for the same subject, as this will only delay the reply and won't allow us to review what was already attempted. This would then result in the same solution being suggested by several agents.

                  sending email from Nt8 stopped to work.
                  impossible to send log and trace.
                  I give up
                  I already lost 2 hours on this, and I already send log and trace twice.
                  you can close the ticket. looks like there is not an answer or a solution, again.
