TOS account sync timing

using TOS when orders are filled the NT updates sometimes 1 minute or more after the fact.
Is there a setting available so that NT can keep current with order fills?
Not being able to keep current on order fills seems to kind of make NT unusable for trading with TOS or do you have a suggestion for what to do in this case?

Hello dtl-saw,

We are not aware of anything that would delay these orders from arriving.

NinjaTrader would chart any orders it receives immediately. However, this heavily relies on TD Ameritrade forwarding these orders to the platform in a timely manner.

While we would not be able to affect or change this behavior, I would like to take a look at your log & trace files to see if the platform reports any issues or if we can find a reason for this to occur.

The easiest way to send us these files is through the platform directly.

To do this, please click on Help > Email Support, and ensure the log & trace files are selected (they are selected by default).
