Link Errors in Help Guide

I get link errors if I try to download Sample *** NT8.zip

for example

the first link works. It leads to following page (see NT_Link.jpg) and if I click at SampleCustomEvents_NT8.zip I get the page (see NT_Link1)

I have tested the link to download SampleCustomEvents_NT8.zip on my end and I was able to successfully download the file. If you try the link below, does the download start?

https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/samples/SampleCustomEvents_NT8.zip

I suspect that the website may be trying to redirect you to the German version of the website because of the cookies used to change the language. In the example video below, I visited the same link except I added "/de/" into the URL and got the same missing page error. Once I chose to change the language to English, the download initiated:

If you continue to experience difficulties even while using the link provided here and/or changing the website language to English, please try clearing your browser's cache/cookies or try using a different browser to download the files.

thank you for your replay.

Once I chose to change the language to English at the "wrong" link (see attached picture), the download initiated.
