Connection Message: My FXCM: Primary connection=Disconnected, Price feed=Disconnected

Then a popup Error Login failed. (Panic) box.

I have a trial login and it doesn't connect to forex and charts won't load for forex.
I have a trial login for futures and it connects just fine and the charts load up for futures as well.
