Volume footprint chart with data feed from barchart

Hi!

I signed up for a free month of data feed with barchart, and connected with NT8.

When I open a chart with a volume footprint indicator, there is only volume shown on the
bid side of the footprint, not the ask side.

I asked barchart technical support and this is what they said:

As Barchart is strictly a provider of raw data in relation to your subscription I would recommend reaching out to NinjaTrader to confirm the availability of displaying bid/ask volume metrics.

Does barchart not provide ASK/BID volume in their data feed?

It does not appear that the Barchart feed provides any Bid/Ask data.

When looking at your link it seams like barchart has "NO" for all the different BID/ASK columns.

Which one do I need to get real-time BID/ASK for volume footprint charts?
"Bid/Ask Stamped Tick Data" maybe?

Thanks for your reply.
Volume footprints charts are built on bid/ask data. If you need real-time footprint charts, then yes, real-time bid/ask data would be necessary.
