non-functional CHart in FXCM

Hello
I downloaded the trial version of NT8 and according to the instructions I obtained CQG and FXCM data. (both glow green). The problem is that if I load a new chart from FXCM, (for example EURUSD), the price does not move at all. But if I load a Graph from CQG (for example 6E 03-21, the graph is working. So I have broken graphs in FXCM.
Can you please help me solve this problem?

Hello Peter40,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Market data. Click the 'Preferred connections - real-time' setting and select the FXCM connection for Forex. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you now receive realtime data in the forex charts.
