Singapore STI Index data not loading

Hi, I use NT8 with subscription to Kinetick intra-day data for Singapore Exchange SGX.

I am trying to load a chart with 60 minutes data for Singapore STI Index (Kinetick STRI.X) but the chart comes up blank. Is this due to some faulty setup on my end?
I am able to load daily chart for this instrument. Attached are 2 screenshots.

Hello sea_otter,

Could it be you are connected to the free Kinetick EOD connection and not the Kinetick connection for your intra-day subscription? The free Kinetick EOD connection only provides historical daily data.

Unfortunately I can't test on my end at the moment, but will be later today during US business hours.

Hi Jason,

I have both connections setup in my NT8, real time intra-day, and also the free EOD data. Can I connect to both at the same time? Or will this cause a problem with data loading?

It would not make much sense to connect to both. I recommend to connect to your Kinetick intra-day subscription which provides historical daily data as well.

When I test this index on my end, I load data as per the attached screenshot.
