Free confusion

I'm confused about the free thing on the purchase page. "Includes the key features you need for" live trading." but then in then in the "i" details it says. Simulated trading. I am not fancy, I just do bracket orders and like to place my orders on the chart. Will that do if I fund my acct or do I need to lease/purchase?
