Errors with live trading vs playback

Hello,

I was hoping to be able to send a copy of my strategy plus log and trace files to a support person for a little diagnostic investigation. The strategy I have created works as expected on the market playback connection but when put on live data it really goes wrong. Is this something that can be arranged?
