There is a chicken and egg problem.

That is, since NinjaTrader.exe needs to know the user
folder location to access the Config.xml, and that location
is stored in the Config.xml -- we have a catch-22.

Whoops, that won't work.

The solution?

Store the user folder location inside the Windows registry.

See how easy that was?
