Level 2 and NT Super DOM

Hello, I have hired the nasdaq level 2 kinetick service, however I still can't see the complete book on my ninja trader? am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for your post.

The NinjaTrader SuperDOM will only display market depth data for futures. If you would like to view the market depth for stocks, you will need to use the Level II window instead. Here is a link to the Help Guide with more information:
