Is there a way to make all drawing object behind the bars on the chart by default?

I know I can move drawing objects on top of/ behind each other by shift+scrolling, but is there a way to make the bars on the chart always on top of the lines, etc?

Unfortunately there is no way to set default Z-order levels for any chart object.
