Hot keys + Templates?

Sounds like a long shot but, is there any way to link hot keys to a template, say- I want my purple daily horizontal line to be ALT+D ??

Thank you for your post.

It would not be possible to tie a specific template for your drawing object to it's own hot key. With that said, you can set a custom hot key for the 'Horizontal Line' drawing tool itself from Control Center > Tools > Hot Key Manager. Thanks for your response, sorry I didn't realize this was the 7 platform posting, I'm using 8. I don't see how it's possible on that platform either, guess I'll go looking for feature requests
