Platform enhance idea - Customizable toolbar

It would be awesome to have a customizable toolbar that sits just to the right of the existing toolbar in the top section of a chart window.


Much like Microsoft Office allows you to create your toolbars and add/remove tools, etc.

I know there's the Drawing Tool Tile indicator (indicator? really?) but that isn't nearly as handy and efficient. I realize that you can create a default template for it and add it to a chart as needed. But, that isn't nearly as convenient as a dedicated customizable toolbar that is added to every chart window at the top.
