EUR.USD chart not refreshing

hi,
since yesterday I have had a problem with refreshing the data on the euro.usd currency pair. After typing EUR.USD, the data is loaded, but not refreshed (freezed). Other currency trades work fine. I reset DB and repair DB and reload all historical data with no results. Today I reinstalled NT, unfortunately the problem persists. I am using NT8 with IB. Please help me asap. Thank you.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
