Plotting lines @ highs or lows per bar?

Is there any way of plotting an instrument on the chart as a line plotting the bars high or low?

Thanks for the post.

This is certainly possible with the 'Line on Close' Chart Style.

To configure this chart type, go to New->Chart from the Control Center.

Select the instrument you wish to view, then change the chart 'Chart Style' to 'Line on Close'.

Configure the rest of the Data Series as needed then click OK to load the chart.

Thanks for the info, but I only see the choice to produce the line based on the close. I would like the line to be highs only or lows only.

What you are describing would not be possible with the current platform configuration, but may be possible using a custom bar type. If you have a programming background, our NinjaScript team may provide you links to samples which would help you write the bar type yourself, or you may be able to find an option that works for you in our free, publicly available User App Share:
