Market Data/NT 8 Froze During Live Trade

A little after 4:00pm eastern today, I was in a live trade and everything just froze. The SuperDOM, Time and Sales, and all of my charts. The price wouldn't move any ticks or anything. I never lost connection during the trade. Is this a platform issue, market data issue, brokerage issue? I ended up taking a substantial loss because I was unable to exit my position. I ended up restarting Ninjatrader and manually closed out my position.

You can use the Default 24/7 session template to display and receive all data that is available for an instrument.

To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right-click in your chart and select Data Series.
• For NT 8 set the "Trading hours" property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.

I don't think you're understanding the issue that occurred. ALL of my charts were frozen. I had them all set to MNQ 03-21 with the trading hours set to "Use Instrument Settings" on one and "CME US Index Futures ETH" on two other charts. The SuperDOM or Time and Sales wouldn't freeze if this was a trading hours issue.
