Chart is not updated, sounds no live data feed

Hi,

I'm new to NinjaTrader..... Just installed a copy of version 8 (64-bit) on my PC (Windows 10)
and configured the data feed Connection as in NinjaTrader Continum Connection Guide.
After created a new chart with symbol "MNQ 03-21", it seems I have not gotten any live data feed...
The log and chart snapshot are attached.



Please help...

As was mentioned in the other post you linked, I would like to review your log and trace files so I may better assist you.



You may send these files directly from the platform by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
