hang seng index future data couldn't load into my chart.
another future index like Gold, Silver and other index is no problem.
would you please help me how to resolve ?

Thanks for writing in today.

Do you have delayed data for the HSI perhaps? Please check with your data provider if you are receiving real time data for this instrument.

If this is enabled with real time data, I suspect this is a function of your Trading Hours template, which will not plot data outside of the timeframes specified. Right click on the chart> Data Series> change the Trading Hours template to Default 24/7. This will display all available data on the chart.
