Unable to get the live data even though connection is on

HI Team,

I yesterday downloaded the NINJATRADER 8 & setup the GLOBALDATAFEED Nimble NT as data feed. However, when I was able to pull data yesterday but today I am unable to get the live data up on a chart I see old data but not live data, Not sure if there is a problem with my settings or what the issue is, but any help would be appreciated.
No issue with connection as I see green signal.

Hello Rajesh,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data series'. Set 'Trading hours' to 'Default 24 x 7' and click OK. Check if the chart now receives realtime data.

If you select the same instrument in a SuperDOM or T&S window, do you receive realtime data there?

Could it be the stock stopped trading for today?

Oh thanks for your quick help, Can you please let me know how I can get the candles details like high, low and volume for past 4 to 5 candles in strategy class to create my own strategy.
Also I want to if there is any event which triggers after every minute only to check my logic.
