Dragging Indicator file to a subfolder is not working.

Hi Support,
I am using Version 8.0.23.2 64-bit . When I make an attempt to drag an Indicator file within the NinjaEditor explorer to an Indicator subfolder the shadow showing it was selected does not display and I am unable to drag and drop a file to the subfolder. Any help in understanding this would be much appreciated.

Hi ChelseaB,

I watched your Video and reproduced the steps. It worked!!! Yay!!

I happened to be in Safe Mode at the time and learned that I could not compile there. After restarting I was able to reproduce your step and it worked. When I was having trouble NinjaTrader8 had been up and running for 12+ hours and I was doing alot of script mods and debugging.

Thank you for your assistance and the video. If I find it not working again I know I should try restarting NinjaTrader8.

Hi ChelseaB,

One sort of fine point. The NinjaScript Explorer Must be Pinned "constantly open" in order for the drag and drop to work for me. I presume that is normal and correct functionality. That was not my previous failure mode. Previously I was unable to select "with Shadow". If you try to select with an UnPinned NinjaScript Explorer, you get a circle with a line through it.

Hello Martin,

This is true, when not pinned the Explorer pane will auto-hide which is not suitable for dragging scripts around. Temporary pin the explorer, move the items around, then you can unpin the explorer.
