Tick Counter Issue

I'm using 2 2000 tick charts using a tick counter on each, however each chart is on different amounts of remaining ticks.
Is there a way to make them the same remaining ticks amount. They were the same at one time, I don't know why they have changed.

Both charts have the same Data Series inputs, I've tried removing and replacing the tick counter, load a new chart, tick repay is off, cleaning the computers temp file and restart.

Can you please test creating 2 new charts without a chart template and indicators. Then apply the Tick counter indicator in each chart and check if they show the same value for 'Ticks Remaining'. When I test this on my end, I show the same value.

If the issue remains, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to "platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com"
• Put "Att Jason, 2908014" in the subject field of the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
