No Charts, No Market Watch .. only Market Analyzer loads

Never had an issue with NT8 in 5 years of use. Only change to system is install of new Logitech GHub mouse software.
Now upon open of workspace CPU use is in the 60-70% range (formerly around 24%), charts won't load, Market Watch won't load, Market Analyzer will load and update.
Data connection seems fine. At a certain point in loading it will lockup entirely and become unresponsive. And have to be forced to close.
Was on version 8.0.23.2, rolled back to 8.0.22.2 and the problem still persists.

It is interesting that the only change to your system has been the Logitech GHub software. One of our performance tips (which may be found here) suggests "Set crosshair to Draw cursor only. Systems with less powerful GPUs can benefit from the reduced rendering which results in this change. This setting is within the chart’s properties."

Are your charts set to use crosshairs? If so, are you able to adjust them to cursor only before the platform locks up and becomes unresponsive? If this does not resolve the issue, I would like to further investigate. Please send your log and trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatraderp[DOT]com so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
