    Interactive Broker (IB) not in list of available connections

    I'm following the instructions here: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide

    I have the IB Gateway installed and connected successfully (see 1 attached).

    From the Connections -> configure window, I cannot see the IB available config to select (from the help see 2 attached). My window in 3 attached.

    How do I add / configure this??

    I have full lifetime, multi-broker license.

    Hello Daniel,

    Can you please make sure your multi broker license key is entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key. Subsequently you should have Interactive Brokers available as well as all other supported connectivity providers. The screenshot indicates a license key is entered that is setup for CQG.

    If the issue remains, please send me an email at platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com including your license key. Put 'Att Jason, 2903617' in the subject field of your email.
