Dom movement

Please tell me how to stop the DOM from its erratic movement. I have disabled autocenter but it is still all over the place

Hello jwunder,

Are you using the Static or Dynamic SuperDOM?

The Static SuperDOM only scrolls the ladder when it is necessary, e.g. when the price pushes out of the current view.

The Dynamic SuperDOM, on the other hand, will always keep the last traded price in the center of the ladder to ensure you can see Level 2 data (if supplied). As such, the Auto-Center option does not apply to this SuperDOM.

However, the only ladder-movement that should occur on the Dynamic SuperDOM would be switching between the last traded bid and ask prices. Otherwise, it should always stay centered.

Please note; Both SuperDOMs will freeze as long as your mouse cursor is on top of them to ensure the ladder does not scroll while an order is being submitted.
