Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Glad to assist. This appears to be a registration window for a custom indicator.
I suggest first removing and adding the addon and then re-importing if needed. To remove, go to New > NinjaScript Editor > locate the addon type via the right list and right click and select Remove.
If not listed, may also need to remove via Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly...
To re-add, go to Tools > Import > NinjaScript Addon...
If you still see the same, you will need to report the issue to the vendor to look into further.
