NT is very sluggish even after resetting and clearing sim accounts.

I was running a lot of playback to test strategies today, and NT became very unresponsive.

I found this page

and reset all of my sim accounts with the clear history toggle on, but the problem is still persisting after closing NT and a reboot of the computer.

I've tried deleting the cache within the db folder.

I've also tried running Safe Mode, and the problem still persists.

I only have one 5 minute chart open, no other open workspaces. In particular, opening any menu windows such as new chart, the add indicator, or add strategy window takes a very long time and bugs out the rendering of the previously open windows.

I'm running version 8.0.22.2.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2892221" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
