Market Replay look back period issues

I am using market replay with historical data.

Currently it operates fine from 12/7/20 forward but if I try to replay any data before that the playback time moves forward but the chart does not change.

I have all the data needed for replay and there are no errors showing up in the log.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you please tell me what instrument + expiry month you have selected in the chart?

If you select the same instrument in a SuperDOM, do you receive realtime data there?

NQ 03-21

I will test SuperDOM after the market closes and post the results.

I am using historical data. Does the SuperDOM work with historical data even though it doesn't have level 2 quotes?

What dates are you attempting to playback? You may have to try using an earlier contract as the NQ 03-21 may not have been active at that time.

If I go back to November the NQ 03-21 is still what the chart is set to when using playback.

If I was trading live in November it would have been the NQ 12-20.

So the playback chart is set to a different expiration than what would have been traded at the time.

I thought because the contract data is set to "Merge Back Adjusted" that the current contract (NQ 3-21) would cover all time frames using replay.

Changing the expiration date worked.
