Problem with opening one of the windows

Hello

i always have a problem with one of the windows in workspace when opening NT. it’s a window with 3rd party tool on it (acme tpo profiling) I keep getting this pop ups when NT is opening so I have to close that window and set it all up again... it’s kinda annoying when I have to do it every day... all the other windows works as they should, some of them have 3rd party tools on it too. Please see attached pictures

Hello rudyspurs,

Can you please contact the vendor of the add-on and check if there are any known issues with this add-on and if it is configured in a proper way. I'm not sure how this add-on functions or how it should be utilized. The vendor created the add-on and would be the best party to address any issues with it.
