Level II not working on certain instruments with Interactive Brokers on NT8

I attached a screenshot that shows Level II on the Interactive Brokers Platform working but empty on NT8 for VERU. Level II works on GOOG and ES Futures

How can I correct this?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2880164 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
