Blank charts

Dear support team, excuse me .. i'm a real beginner (REAL BEGINNER!!) .
I'm interested in intra daily trade, so mostly interested in 1&5 min candlesticks.
I opened a free account and connected with "My ninjatrader continuum" connection
Then try to open minute charts but all is blank. Only daily and up charts are available.

Is there a way to get real time minute charts?

To load minute charts would require a connection to one of our supported live data feeds. If you haven't already done so, you may request a free two-week live data trial at the following link:

Once you have your demo credentials, please follow the steps in the following guide to get connected:

What exactly isn't working? Did you receive your credentials and follow the steps in the guide linked above to get connected? Please provide as much detail as possible.
