chart not updated when display is off

Hello,

My nt8 chart are not updated when display turns off but laptop is still running. In windows energy management I have set 1 hour before screen turns off and Sleepmode on 'never'. But when I turn on the screen later my charts are not updated and my strategy on sim didn't execute orders (when it should).

I have seen another thread about this on this forum but it is from 2017 and I don't see the issue being resolved in that thread.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2867943 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

The log and trace files report many disconnections from the data historical data servers. Please test without any part of your computer turning off, including the screen. Please let us know if you continue to see the same behavior.
